How much does Salo Pass cost?

Salo Pass Start is 199 RON per month per gym, excluding VAT, or 1,990 RON per year (2 months free). The first 10 gyms in the pilot program pay 99 RON/month for the first 3 months. It includes unlimited members, up to 5 staff accounts, QR check-in and reports. You get a 14-day free trial, no card required.

My members are in Excel or on paper — how do I move them?

Send us your file (Excel or CSV) and we upload your members for you, free, usually within 24 hours. You can also add members manually, right at the front desk.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Salo Pass is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime, with no penalties. There is also an annual option with 2 months free if you prefer it.

What equipment do I need for QR check-in?

Any phone, tablet or laptop with a camera at the front desk — no turnstiles or special hardware. Name search always works, even without a camera.

How long does it take to start? Do I need to install anything?

Nothing to install — Salo Pass runs in the browser. You create your account, set up your gym in about 10 minutes and can add members right away.

Do my members see anything?

Yes. Members get their own web app where they see their membership status and remaining entries and can self check-in. No app-store install required.

Does it work with a cash register?

Salo Pass records payments (cash or card at the desk) and keeps the full history, but it does not issue fiscal receipts in the MVP. Cash-register and e-Factura integration is on the roadmap.

Is Salo Pass GDPR compliant?

Yes. Every member has recorded GDPR consent, data is isolated per gym, and access is controlled by role.

What membership types does it support?

Recurring monthly memberships, fixed-entry clip-cards and day passes. You sell, renew and track expiry automatically.

Can I record cash and card payments?

Yes. Payments are recorded manually at reception as cash or card, with amount and method, ready for future online-payment integration.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Your gym's data stays yours. On request, we export your members, memberships and payment history, then delete the data in line with GDPR.

Can I give staff access without them seeing everything?

Yes. You get up to 5 staff accounts with roles and permissions — the front desk sees only what it needs, and sensitive actions stay with the owner or manager.
